Care is taken to ensure your orders are done correctly! Please allow 14-21 business days to process and ship your item(s). Internationally shipped orders may an additional 7-21 days, depending on the destination. Most times, we ship much sooner. Delays may occur, due to the manufacturer, holidays, etc.
All orders are shipped via USPS 2-3 priority shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. USPS is responsible for the delivery of your item(s). In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
Address Change
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes. Salt and Light Culture is not liable for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package leaves our facility, Salt and Light Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues for your package, it is the responsibility of USPS.
In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” please contact USPS for further assistance. We recommend that you watch your tracking information for updates on the location of your package.
Order is Still in "Pre-shipment"
Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun, and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.
Delivery Returned to Our Facility
If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies, you will be refunded the cost of merchandise (shipping is nonrefundable). Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process.
If the order returns to our facility but the address is correct, we will provide a second delivery attempt.
